I was with my daughter in the post office to send a letter. As always I was standing in a line and the post lady gave me an envelope to fill it out. I did it and come back. Post lady said that she is not going to take me right the way .. until she will take a few people from the line. I continue waiting patiently until she takes couple of people but she continue to ignore me. I reminded her that I was already in a line but she was rude in front of my daughter make a statement that people in the line are waiting a lot . Buy this time we were in a post office more that 30 minutes. May be post lady was thinking that it was not long enough. I know that there rule is as far you already have been in the line you don't need to wait again. In this location it doesn't work . Very unpleasant experience. Next time I prefer to make a longer trip but go to different location.
I had two small packets to mail, so I went to the brandermill post office. I did not realize it was past 4pm (8 minutes). The door was open, people waiting (4) as I stepped inside, no closed sign on the door. I was informed by the clerk that the lobby was closed. The lady in front of me indicated that would mean I would be last. Since I did not leave the clerk aqain said the lobby was closed. I left. I do not expect the clerk to go beyond expectations, but I don't think she should be rude to customers either. _
