For the last three days I have not gotten my mail. I went to the post office today to complain. They told me the post office worker was out and I would get delivered today. My neighbors are getting their mail and I’m not. My mailbox is not blocked.

The teller working this morning, Sep 24, 2021 was working as fast as possible but just one teller wasn't enough. The line was out the door. There were three addled elderly people in a row (one had limited english) that made it worse. One of your customers in line started laughing uncontrollably at the situation. You need to have more tellers on duty. One just isn't enough. If you tell me how to contact your supervisor I'll ask them for a budget change and try to get you help. Thank you, P.S. Your teller did a stellar job of being patient and helpful.

This post office is the worst got my keys to my mailbox at my apartment they will not open any or the boxe by my building he could not even tell me my box number so going on 2 weee in this apartment and I am getting no mail

For the last three days before that two days I have not gotten mail I even had to slow down another mail truck to take my mail that was in the mailbox and today the mailman Road right by even though I was waving at him and Shouting to take my mail and this is a quiet neighborhood why is there such a problem with delivering and taking The mail

I have not had problems with my mail until recently. Last months rent statement was postmarked 3/29 but I didn't get it until 4/14. Now an item I ordered was delivered but apparently not to my mailbox because I don't have it.

This post office does not answer the phone. There has been an issue of the postman delivering the mail to the wrong addresses.

This is the worse postoffice I have ever been to; even before COVID19 it was filthy and the staff was slow and uncaring; but now that they have an excuse to only help 4 people inside at a time, they are PAINFULLY slow. Today there were 3 staff members but only 1 working, and he must have been being paid by the hour. We asked several times if there was anyone else, but he said no, although others walked through often. He was not efficient, he kept retracing his steps across the room for different items. Several people gave up and walked out. It took me over an hour wait to mail one small package that took less than 2 minutes.

I mailed out from home a bday card to Arlington, VA around March 13, 2020 and was just received there today 4-1-2020. The bday card inside was gone and the post office sent the envelope inside another envelope with a saying: sorry for the inconvenience. I did not send any cash or gift card inside. Also last year [May 2019], I mailed a mother's day card and she never received it to this day. That card had a check inside and it still has not been cashed. Please check on this for me. 757-596-2262 Both cards were also with stickers on back side to ensure the envelope would stay closed. Thanks.

This morning, my mail was placed on the newspaper/magazine holder on my mail box not in the mail box. This would have posed a problem if the wind had been blowing. I've lived here almost 40 years and no postal carrier has done this before. Please place the mail in the mail box. Thank you
