They put a Bat in our packages 📦 It was in the house for 4 days and they don’t even apologize. It could give someone rabies. I’m 75 and I was scared they did this to me and they frightened me. Be aware! Just pay the extra money and get UPS or Fed Ex!

There is a man there name Tevor or Terrance that watches your every move before you had him the package to mail it. My granddaughter did not get my gift which was a family's heirloom costing over $4k and she said the package was ripped open and taped back up. I know it was him because he started asking me odd questions about my name and what was in my box. Never trust the usps again. They hire thevies.

I am a resident at 1242 Overbrook Road and have not received any mail since last Friday, a week ago. Where's my mail? Why is the mail not being delivered?

I run a business at 2501 Monument Avenue. We have not received a mail delivery in 4 business days, and other businesses and residences are reporting the same total lack of service. When you call the phone number on their website 804-353-4759, it rings about 20 times and then asks you to enter your remote access code. This is totally frustrating! Would someone please call and help us find our mail - 804-237-1774. There are 10 other businesses at this address - none have received any mail since last Tuesday.

On Saturday, 2/17/18 I arrived at Saunders Station Post Office at 12:55pm only to find two other post office box customers waiting outside and the front doors locked. I am one of the many who can only get there to check mail on Saturdays and, as you can imagine, this creates real problems in terms of getting bills paid on-time. I’m not sure who was working that day (though I went around back and saw a burgundy SUV), but one of the people waiting stated that the problem (on this particular day) started with an overweight, attention seeking, old female in a silver or grey family van who saw it as somehow her business to wait until another customer left, then go back inside (after checking her box) and state that she saw him/her grab a sheet of paper from the trash can. I think the employee may’ve saw the customer’s tattling for what it was (i.e., pettiness) and decided to simply lock the door rather than deal with any more of it. It turns out that the customer that she saw has been a box customer for over 15 years and was retrieving something that he had tossed-out. Please remind postal employees at Saunders station the importance of maintaining full Saturday hours. Thanks, Ashley Brooks

I'm a student at VCU and live at 1200 West Marshall Apartment Building at 1200 W. Marshall Street, Richmond, VA 23220. I've had a few pieces of mail that should have been delivered to me during my stay here and was never delivered or returned to sender. This is a serious issue. I'm expecting another piece of mail that was sent from Hampton, VA last week and have not received it. I tried calling the 804-353-4759 but it requests an access code number. I called the 800 number several times, but get several options to select from which does not apply to my issue. I need to speak with someone. Please contact me asap at 757-298-1052. Please.

I have tried to call but no one answers the phone. We are receiving important packages that are left outside the door after we leave the office at 5:00. We found a box that had been opened and gone thru because what was in it they didn't want which was daily scriptures. Yesterday the payroll package was left on the front porch for anyone to pick up. Some are real checks. We need to receive our mail during the business ours of 9-5 and not at night when everyone is gone. This means that what mail we do have to go out can't be picked up because the mailbox up the street has already been picked up at 1:00. Being a business we really need our mail daily during the office hours. I know the postal person is doing the best they can but maybe we need to have our mail delivered by truck to our place of business. Please call me -- 804 355-1779 ext. 311 Thank you Poconna S. Thiel
