Can you explain why Tracking #9434608205498560472714 was sent to New Hampshire instead of the Goode, Va Post Office? How could such a thing happen, don’t you read the address and zip code? I want an explanation, employees are paid good money to do their jobs correctly.
If I don’t get an explanation I will go to the HEAD Post Master General!
Thank you in advance for your assistance

I am on Highland Rd 24014. No mail delivered for a week. We heard there was no carrier for our area. What's going on?

As of February 24,2023 I haven't received mail for for 4 day's. If you are changing the service I feel that it should be public knowledge. Calling your phone number has done no good either; it just goes to busy tone .

Mail has been in box since this morning at 8AM 09-08-2020 and still in box. Did we not have a carrier today?

I have had a package lost for two weeks and when I tried to get help from my postoffice in Salem VA they sent out David Ayers to be incredibly rude and to get rid of me. He had no intention in helping me, he only was looking for a reason to get rid of me. I went to another employee to complain about how rude he was and David Ayers called security on me. He claimed I shoved my phone in his face when I showed him I had another postoffice employee on the phone from L.A. who was saying “I needed him”. he used this for a excuse to shut the door in my face and refused to help. If David Ayers in Salem is any representation of the post office I will never see my package again. I have worked with a number of employees and postmaster there and they all were professional. David Ayers has no business working with the public.Incredibly Offended, Deborah Semones
