Princess Anne Post office stopped mail to my address without my authority. I spoke with Justine who indicated he was the Supervisor. He stated they stopped the mail because I kept Returning To Sender. I question Justin at Princess Anne Post Office on his authority to stop mail without my signature or Authorization. What he did has caused me to miss bank statements, and payments for my Brother which I am POA. By what authority does the USPS have to do this? Today is February 1st. Yesterday I received my bills in the mail and found that the bills were dated Aug of 2023. Each envelope is postmark August 10 2022. I would like to know if an investigation will be conducted into this matter and I be informed the the results.

Placed a hold order online with pick up of accumulated mail at P.O. Received an email confirmation. Day before end date, received an email stating to pick up mail within 10 days or mail would be returned to sender. Went to the Princess Anne P.O. a day later and the clerk took my info, went to get mail & returned w/o mail stating the P.O. delivers hold mail. No mail has been delivered or received as of this writing. Also, clerk stated that p/u service at the P.O. is no longer provided. 20 JANUARY 2022.

Sent Christmas cards out of state, Michigan and Georgia left in mailbox for postal worker to pick up. No one has received them. Expecting package from Michigan sent 3 weeks ago, never received. What the heck is going on?

We have had to call this post office twice and the first time the lady was rude but at least resolved our issue. This time, this lady was even ruder than the first one. Did not even say good bye when hanging up or anything, she just hung up. We just moved here so mailing has been an issue because of our address but has been fine with other packages. We have only had problems with this post office. I just do not understand how people working with the public can treat people so rudely.

I live in the magic hollow area. My mailbox is at the corner of rebel run court and newland drive. The back of the mailbox lock where the postal carriers put our mail in is broken. Individuals know this and have the capability to go thru everyones mail they choose to. I have reported this to a postal worker and they informed me they reported it. It is still not fixed. Our mail should be safe and it is not. Anyone can have access to everyones mail. This should not be. I need to know what is the USPS going to do to resolve this problem.

Sorry to have to write, but your phone either rings nonstop, or is nonstop busy, for almost a month now. A few things: you keep delivering packages for 3697 to 3704... For 3rd yr in row, we have had terrible forwarding service to FL: sitting 2-4 wks in your bldg, before mailing out; not receiving things we were alerted to receive, getting Xmas cards in Feb; getting Valentine’s at Easter time. And y’day a notice from you that delivery of something was not to be, “at customer request”. NO such thing. Please call at 427.6576. Thank you

I live in Buckner Woods and have had nothing but difficulty with the delivery of our mail by our postal carrier since the beginning of 2020. I now have a sign on my door addressed to the USPS with my name and address because I’m tired of delivering packages that are left on my doorstep. A few weeks ago, I had a neighbor who I don’t know deliver prescription medications to me that were left in his mail box. My husband had had another neighbor come to him to deliver the key that was left in his mailbox to one of the parcel lockers in which was a package addressed to my husband. Yesterday I received a message from eBay that my package was delivered to a parcel locker. I have not yet received the key to this locker. I am handicapped and can’t get to the post office. I do a package pickup request for priority mail. Of the last 6 packages I’ve had picked up by the mail carrier, none had tracking available until they reached NJ. They also took a week to be delivered, As an experiment I had my daughter take a priority envelope to a blue postal box on two different days and both priority envelopes had tracking available and were delivered in the amount of time (3 days) as the P.O. said. I’ve lived in 4 states and overseas on a military base and have never experienced this horrid level of service I’m receiving in Virginia Beach! Time for Wavy 10 on your side!

Who is in charge here? Why is this post office posting a phone number that no one working there cares to answer when it rings? Not everyone has transportation to go to your location and only have the phone as a means to contact you. So how long will this go on before someone steps up and says let's change this?

Extremely unhappy that my mail is being returned to businesses instead of being forwarded to my second temporary home in Florida. This has been a problem for over a month. Have contacted the PO several times. I have been contacted by a couple of businesses that my mail was returned to them

I have been having an ongoing problem with the mail carrier. She doesn't close my mailbox and my mail is wet on days it rains. I would appreciate it if you help remedy this situation.

I know I'm in a new construction area... we have very few people in the new area right now and I cant understand why my mail and everybody else mail who live in the new spence crossing area mail is getting mis-routed. Please letter carriers pay close attention to the numbers and the mailboxes of whom your placing the letter mail. I never received my W2'S I have had several neighbors mail in my mailbox, so I can imagine my mail is placed in their mailbox in error as well. We will be monitoring the mail carriers delivery route to see who is delivering for that week or day and we will call the postmaster general or the postal inspector and put you out on blast with wavy tv-10.

I have been calling 427-2705 today; just rings and rings then cuts off. This isn't the first time. I am missing at least four pieces of mail that should have been here at least a week ago. This too is not new and I'm tired of it. I get plenty of mail that doesn't belong to me but can't get my own. I too will be contacting TV channels about this. Totally unacceptable.

I have been calling this office number several times an hour for the past 3 hours and no one answers the phone, after several rings it transfers somewhere (you can tell by the tones) then a guys voice that the call cannot be completed as dialed? Useless post office.

I need to know who I can contact at the Princess Anne Rd P.O. who is in charge. I have a problem with the mail carrier in my area. If my mailbox is not left open, then I find my mail on the ground beneath the mailbox. I have taken pictures of these incidents and if I cannot get the issue resolved then I will put this post office on blast on News Channel 3 and 10. I have report this before and I thought the issue was resolved but I see that nothing has been resolved.

I can never get through to on your custommer service line, and I'm really having an issue with our mail carrier. She refuses to get out of her car/truck and honks at us when we're inside the house. If no one comes out she never even attempts to step out of the truck to deliver whatever it was she was supposed to deliver and pulls out and puts a "sorry we missed you letter" to our mailbox. Once my son saw her pulling in to the driveway (he had been outside with our dog), so as he saw her puling in he started to walk towards the front door to put the dog inside, and she honked at him twice because she didn't want to get out of her car. She has honked at me on several occasions and I was busy on the phone, she never even knocked on the door. She just left and didn't deliver our mail. Who does that? She is always delivering someone else's mail (who've I've returned 25 times) and yet it's still being delivered to this house. There has to be something you can enter into your system when someone writes on a letter or billed delivered "this person does not live at this address." and it's been done more than 25/50 times? Update your system people!

omg!!! they cannot even deliver a book to correct destination and they dont answer phones!!!wow!

I'm visiting here renting a vacation rental house and had a package sent here priority two day with tracking. I was waiting and no one ever came. Online it said package was "undeliverable as addressed." I called over and over and always got a busy signal. I called a nearby post office who said they never answer their phones. I'm going in person to see if I can intercept this important package I paid to be delivered!

I don't have a regular Mailman & days go by that the mailman doesn't even come. So if I'm expecting something important I can forget it! Please hire a mailman for Shooting Star Drive in Virginia Beach, VA 23456. I have even called my post office & been told that the mailman "didn't make it to my street! This is ridiculous!

I attempt to call Customer Service and after a lengthly wait I get hung up on.

The substitute on our mail route has selective delivery. I met the mail truck, expecting a package and he said there was none. I got an email stating that a delivery had been attempted but he could not deliver and a notice had been left.

Their phone and fax have been busy all day long! They aren't delivering all my mail, the sender will read off the address and they have it correct. I don't understand and want answers....
