I’ve called this Burlington, VT, post office severally but no response! What kinda customer service is this?? I have mail sent since two weeks but I’ve not received it. This is horrible!!
I tried calling and calling and rec. no answer whatsoever. This is horrible service. If there is no mail to deliver they still should be stopping to pick up mail and this is not happening. We also have timely situations for mail. Last week he didn't show up for 3 days and mail wasn't picked up, came 1 day and then again last Friday no mail and again today still no mail and nothing picked up. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
again no mail Friday 7/1/22, Tues 7/5/22 and today 7/6/22, Why???? Monday was holiday not all these 3 other days. I am reporting this post office to the postal consumer and industry affairs regarding the lack of mail delivery to our commercial building.

I tried to call this location numerous times and no one EVER answers the phone. Rings for 3-4 minutes before hanging up. I have a package there for the last three days and they have not bothered to release it. Really aggravated.
It’s my understanding that UPS mail delivery people are supposed to deliver to our apartments. It doesn’t always happen and I’ve lost and nearly lost packages. I’m complaining to you about those who are lazy about delivering and saying thanks to those who safely deliver to us.
