Pressed the doorbell, once every 15 minutes. Worker on break, no “be back in___minutes” sign
It’s been like this for years…
Doorbell on back area (half-door) doesn't work. They know it doesn't work. Sign still says "press door bell for service." Press it and wait for infinity because no one will respond. I've complained about this, they are aware. I suggested they put a sign saying "doorbell does not work." They say "we aren't allowed to hang signs." Despite there being handwritten, poorly taped signs all over the facility.
My mail was returned to the sender due to a delivery mistake. I called them directly to inquire about the issue. Ayesha S. Noor helped me retrieve the mail on time. She did multiple follow-ups to ensure the package was on track. I really want to thank her for her commitment.

Horrible Service! Not forwarding my mail. Was told to go to Annex and ask for Supervisor. Went there and said supervisor in emergency meeting and gave me their phone number. Yeah - a disconnected #. Found # online - person answering said she was a supervisor but refused to give me a name and hung up. Called right back and they didn't answer. Really?? And this is why we like FedEx and UPS
