Tried to call the West Hills USPS office. Called for over 1/2 hour and no one picked up the phone. Every 3 to 4 minutes the line would go dead and I would have to redial. This is not the first time I have had poor customer service from this branch. If it was not my branch I would never step foot into this building again. Worst customer service ever. I do like their carriers. All have been friendly and caring.
I'm very grateful for our brave delivery driver who must maneuver every day in the race-car Traffic through Gorst. Our family has been getting mail delivery since before Washington was even a State at this location, but back then they brought the mail to my Great Uncle and my Grandma's house. I know that would be safer for your driver too. Ours is the last mailbox left on the busy Highway here in Gorst. Others are safely away from speeding eighteen wheelers. I know if my Grandma was still alive she would feel much the same way. The Dot built the turn Around by Anderson Creek for her because of our rights to the Bay being hampered by the divided road. But when speed were raised it endangered everyone. Especially 3021, 3023, and 2921 W State Hwy 16. Our property 3021/3023 is off the Highway through an easement. Though we are trying to recover the property that was once my family's. Might you consider a site visit?.

Must be the absolute worst customer service ive ever dealt with. When I get a USPS confirmation telling me to pick up my package, why the #### won't you let me get my package. You lie to me and tell me it's not ready.how is it not when your office gave me a confirmation saying it is via text and email??? and you refuse to help us any further. Maybe you need to get off your fat @$$ & actually look for it,(DO YOURE JOB).maybe our slip was misplaced IN A DIFF PO Box I don't know. but I have my tracking number and on the website the government official website states that it's there and it's ready for me to pick up and why the hell can't I pick it up with the ####ing confirmation number? the email, and the card that bought it? along with being on the post office box that it was sent to . I personally feel you should get fired or at least demoted. I really hope the property owner of that usps sees this post. I honestly feel that it was discriminating against me because the fact that I just woke up and I look like I'm a mess. I was treated as if I was a plague. This isn't the first time either that they've done this at this location to me (westhills usps). Where I have a current PO box and have had one there for about a year-and-a-half.... I need a supervisors number or some one who cares to atleast to a efficient job even if they don't like it and they are fat part of being working in the post office is getting up and looking for packages wouldn't you know I guess some people are just incapable of doing that
I've been trying to contact the post office via telephone the past few days. However, the phone is off the hook. After the automated prompt, "stay of the phone to speak with someone" I get a busy single. I've tried to call several days and several times, time varying, but I continue to get the busy signal. It's like the phone is off the hook.
I called this afternoon (around 1:30 CST) and spoke with Elaine. Top notch service!! I live in Texas, and my kids just moved there about a month and a half ago. Their mail keeps getting returned to me and their packages held at the PO. She explained why this was happening and what they needed to do. I appreciated her help so very much!!
Your post office needs some serious help. I live out on holly road and twice in the last two weeks my mail has been delivered to the wrong address. Keep in mind these weren't birthday cards from grandma, they were legal documents and important orders that I cant wait to dispute and have redelivered. I understand that my house is likely at the end of someones shift and that they're probably "done" by the time they get to me but that doesn't excuse the sloppy service or claiming they cant get to my door or mail box when there is literally nothing in the way. I would encourage to postmaster to join some of the community pages to see the problems that are happening on their routes (I'm not the only one) and I encourage him/ her to contact me so we can figure out what the problem is and how to solve it.
why do we keep getting a busy signal when trying to call this office? I live in a 55+ community on Bucklin Hill in Bremerton and no one in this park has received any mail since Feb 8th. When can we expect delivery?
Have tried SEVERAL times to call West Hills PO. Says to stay on line to speak to someone then only get busy signal. Realize last few days have been hectic with snow issue but Customer Service should be RAMPED UP during this time. Have NOT had mail delivery since Friday, Feb 8th. Get informed delivery notices, but no mail. Are we supposed to come to West Hills or WHEN can we expect delivery? We, ourselves, have been in and out of our area so not totally impassible. Would just like input on what we, as customers, are supposed to do. Thank you.
I did not receive mail delivery on 12/24 nor 12/26. When I called the Post Office this morning I was not happy to hear that the carrier did not have time to deliver regular mail on either of those days because delivery of Amazon and UPS parcels was the first priority. I think this is wrong and we have had delivery issues in the past when it was not the holiday season. I would like a response from the postmaster if possible.
Neither we nor our neighbors have received mail for a number of days. Outgoing mail from our mailbox has not been picked up.
Why has delivery stopped on our street?

Just wanted to commend Kimberly Grover my usual postal delivery person. I am currently waiting for an Amazon package that was due Tuesday, there were actually 2 and one arrived about 6:45-7pm. I expected it to arrive Wed. She -Kimberly is always friendly said check Amazon again and my package had gone to Colbert Wa (I suspect Bugs Bunny) so after talking to Amazon 2 times and the Postal Representative once. Which the answer was 2-9 days, I was delighted to see this morning my pkg had reached Seattle then Federal Way currently as of 10:15. Kimberly kindly explained how the package system flowed. Thank you Kimberly for great professional service 😎
This post office is terrible. I have complained in person and over the phone and my complaints fall on deaf ears. My mail gets put in others boxes and I get my neighbors mail all the time. I just hand delivered mail to two of my neighbors that was put in my box. I have had to have checks reissued and pay cancellation fees on them. I can't trust this post office to properly deliver my mail.
I love this post office. No complaints. I have lived in Silverdale and port orchard and choose to come to this post office off of national. The employees are by far the friendliest and very helpful!
