Postal Locations

I see a common occurrence. The delivery drivers apparently all have the same thing in common, they don’t know how to Google and address to find the correct location and even when corrected they still fail at their job. I can tell you, if I made this many errors at my job I would’ve been fired long ago. Sucks to suck.

This is the worse PO . Cant contact the annex for information on packages. No one picks up the phones. Then when you show up at annex you are told your are not allowed on property. Went to main most office in centralia informed. They cant help to go to annex. What a run around its BS.

I'm a very kind person but we have lived here for 17 years and I cannot count the number of times our mail has been delivered to a neighbor. The errors are growing, exponentially. We now have a group chat so we can figure out who has whose package/mail. I am sick of it. Something is wrong and it needs to be fixed. Mail fraud??? Yup. This is coming from Maple Valley/Winterwood Drive in Centralia, Wa. 98531. Please, figure it out.

The Centralia annex DOES NOT deliver packages. They use whatever excuse they can to justify themselves. Try calling to see what you can do to get them to deliver. They will not answer the phone (20+ rings). They expect the carriers to deliver a notice that they “tried” to deliver. But catch the carrier and you will find that they are not sent out with packages. Instead, plan on going into your local post office to pickup your package!

My address: 190 Sandy Lane. I receive 106 Sandy Lane Mail. (Same route) I also receive 190 Sandy BLVD!!(completely on the opposite side of town as a matter of fact 45min from 190 Sandy Lane)! And vice versa! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We’ve ALL reported these “issues” (I call it incompetent) and NOTHING and I mean NOTHING has changed. And yes, our packages not only envelope mail have gone “missing”. !?!?!?WTF????

centralia annex is a regular joke.. they will claim failed delivery at 6:30 am before they even leave the annex and make their first stop... saying mailbox is full or no secure location... this is even if you have a lock box out for packages and a written agreement on file with the annex saying that's where it is to be left. if you file complaints the manager will lie about it to get the complaint dismissed. they will refuse to deliver and make you drive 2 or 3 towns over to pick up in chehalis. if you say "no i paid for shipping redeliver" you just get another failed delivery attempt.. this repeats till they return the package to sender... the fact you paid for shipping apparently doesn't mean a thing to management at the centralia annex. go to any of the local town groups on facebook and there's regular complaining about the centralia annex, their drivers, and especially their manager. budy of mine conference called usps with amazon on the phone about a previous complaint involving centralia annex refusing to deliver packages. management lied and amazon jumped in and told usps that it was an outright lie. boy were they shocked. when it comes down to it centralia annex regularly refuses to do their job and deliver packages that usps was already paid to deliver.

I had two $100 Visa gift cards mailed to me, one on 25 Sep 2020 and one on 10 Oct 2020, which did not get to my mail box or was taken from my mail box. One $100 Visa gift card was used at Walmart the other $100 Visa gift card was used at McDonalds, Arby's and Holly's Place. I was told that our mail carrier was going to be fired, but before being fired they quit.

I have had several packages sent to me and they all say they are here in centralia annex by the way most of those packages got to the annex the middle of last month, why have none of my packages not made it to my mailbox or door!!!

No mail was delivered today on Borst Ave in Centralia Wa today (3-24-18) The mail lady went down the street heading east at 12:20pm and only stopped at two boxes that had red flags out. Then she came down the street heading west at 5:30 pm, and the only stop she made was at the Park Center apartments for less than 5 minutes. Mail delivery is supposed to be six days a week not five.
