I cannot express enough the disappointment my family has endured having to rely on the Duvall wa post office. We consistently receive other people’s mail as they return sometimes maybe ours that is put in wrong box. Our carrier has repeatedly never attempt deliveries of small packages saying cannot come up driveway and that our mailbox is too small which both are incorrect. We will not get slips telling us our packages are at the post office and if we do we go and they cannot find them and sometimes we get one there that no slip was written up for it. UPS deliveries come on a weekly basis with no Problem whatsoever. I have had to convince our out of town prescription co to deliver by UPS due to my husband who has cancer has ran out of meds due to them sitting in some bin over in Duvall and then returned to co because we had no idea they were there. No slip! Recently we found a pile of our mail soaking wet across the street on our farm property which was not delivered in our box. I had to cancel a seven hundred dollar refund check and have it resubmitted because I couldn’t cash a soaking wet check! This week I received a slip saying my package could not be delivered too big. We have gotten the largest mailbox available by the way. I went to post office and received a small package that could easily fit in our box and it was not even mine it was for my husband that he had been waiting for. Again no slip for him. I realized a couple days later that my package of prescription glasses was not given to me. You see the slip was in my name. I went for second time to post office and they could not find it. The delivery person said too large which it was not and it was nowhere to be found. How long can we expect this incompetence to continue. Please hand over the important task of delivering mail to Amazon or UPS. They are able to deliver consistently.

Ignored my ballot in the outgoing mail. They had to see it to deliver current mail.

The Duvall post office worker working at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 1st was wonderful. I was in a grumpy mood. I appreciate her patience and professionalism.

I have mostly positive experiences with my Duvall USPS. However I can’t seem to get anyonevto ever pick up the phone for me. Am delayed overseas due to unexpected Corvid 19 infection. My mail holding term is expired. How can I get it to be extended for 6 more weeks from now on???

The guy that delivers to my house is the worst person I've met in a long time. If he's not just throwing packages in the middle of my yard he's cusses at me about my dogs, which are harmless by the way. He needs to go dig coal or something, definitely not anything to do with the public.

We love the Duvall post office! They bust booty, have strict rules behind them and rabid dogs in front of them: they get hammered from the back and the front but just keep on trucking, are very good sports, are pleasurable to deal with and do the best they can with what they have... thank you for everything! This is the most stupid backwards system to make the locals come to the post office to get mail and delivery packages. I feel like I've traveled back in time. Trying to pick up packages from Amazon during the holiday season is a joke. Anyone who works cannot pick up packages between 9 and 5 - we are at work! Amazon fast day shipping? What good is that if I cannot pick up any packages except for a Saturday two hour window. I like Duvall but I'm sorry I moved to an address where I cannot have mail or packages delivered to my residence. What a stupid system. I want to volunteer for drones.

This office is full of liars and cheaters. I received an email from a package that was supposed to be delivered saying they couldn't because I wasn't home. I was waiting on my porch for it. How can you say it was undeliverable when you never attempted to deliver it. It always happens with my medication. Every time we have to ha e a package delivered with medication we never get it from the post office. You have a problem and you need to fix it

I have a complaint with the Duvall, WA post office. My experience with this postal branch's service is the worst I have experienced in all my 50+ years dealing with the USPS. What is up with mail not being delivered? 2 days this last week, we did not get mail or have our mail picked up. This is not acceptable!! We are to have mail pick up and delivery Mon-Sat. What is the issue? And lately when we do get mail, 7pm? What is going on???

I constantly get other peoples mail in my mailbox. They aren't even on my street. Makes me wonder where my mail is. As far as Amazon deliveries, the driver often skips my house and delivers the next day. I have been outside before and watched her drive by, slow down, look at my house and drive away. I talked to her about it one day and the next delivery was left out by the road in the middle of my driveway in the rain. Not even close to my house at all. My neighbor happen to see her drop it off took a picture and put it on my front porch for me. I also sent the picture and complaint to Amazon so they know what they are paying for. I will also be bringing my picture to the post office and showing it to them. Based on all the comments below, I'm not sure it will do any good.

I agree with comment below. I have things delivered all the time and the USPS in Duvall refuses to leave it on the porch. Crazy dumb. It's to the point where I refuse to use the USPS for any service. Duvall is horrible.

Why is our mail constantly being put in the wrong mailbox? We live on 285th Circle NE and have a lock box for the neighborhood. At least a couple times a month our mail is put in someone else's box or visa versa. Its not our job to have to walk around the neighborhood to deliver mail. Maybe the mail person needs some retraining. This is very irresponsible conduct and a shameful lack of attention to detail.

Waiting for small envelope! Website said out for delivery! Then said couldn't deliver no secure place! Why it's only a envelope! Have received mail from Des Moines also! And on Fridays we haven't gotten are mail until 7:00 pm or later! Christmas Eve my packeg said delivered but never got it and they wouldn't help me find it! My guess the mail carrier took it! Post master please help !

I'm am new to the area (two years) I've lived all over Washington. I have never experienced this level of inaccuracy at any other location in my 37 years of receiving mail. Duvall post office... You need to be better, bottom line. I've arrived to the point of just not trusting you with my mail.

Have same house number as someone else in zip code and route. We are always getting their mail and when I drop off in mailbox to be delivered correctly, it is usually back in my mailbox next day. Started to get notices on past due bills, incurred over $50 in late fees - obviously other person isn't returning our mail when they get it. Called post master to complain, her suggestion was to keep track of my bills on a calendar - wtf, aren't they paid to deliver to correct address? I expressed outrage at her comment. She hung up on me.

Today I had the mail from two different (wrong) addresses in my mail box. I know why, I saw the carrier talking on her cell phone while she was making her deliveries. This is not the first time I have seen a Duvall carrier talking on their cell phone while driving a post office vehicle. I called the post office (several times) during regular business hours and no one answered. Your tax dollars at work.

I am so fed up with this post office in Duvall. Again my check did not arrive to my locked mail box at our condo. I get other peoples mail consistently. Last week all of the condos outgoing mail was left on the top of the metal mailboxes. My neighbor found it and poked it all back in the outgoing mail . I live on disability. To not get my monthly check is devastating. I am waiting until 9:00 to call them and give them one star!!!!!

It would be helpful to have the mail pick-up times for the outdoor mailbox drops listed on this site.....
