Postal Locations

I am tired of not getting my packages because lake stevens mail services deliver to the wrong people ALL the time! THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!

when you have a package to big for the mail box it would be real handy if you could leave a note in the box to let a person know you have the package . and where to pick it up instead of what happens to me leave nothing and guess if it is here some where or just lost . it would also be nice if you acutely answered your phone then I would not be posting this .

This address is the CARRIER ANNEX for Lake Stevens. Shelly and Singh run this place. They should be contacted about the horrible carrier delivery in Lake Stevens. So everything others say on Yelp and Google regarding Lake Stevens USPS IS 100% TRUE! The worst mail carriers in Snoho County, and no one in mgmt will do a darn thing about it!! Nope! Nada! Zippo! Complain forever, nothing will change. INVESTIGATE the Lake Stevens post office, AND the Carrier Annex!!! Postal Carriers DO NOT DELIVER THE MAIL!!! No. They scan it as "Delivered," but they don't deliver it. Why? They just don't care. They forget it, or are LAZY. Then 2 days later it just magically "appears" in your mailbox. Total scam. They forget packages in their vehicles while delivering during the day, then let 'em sit overnight, then deliver it whenever they see it sitting there, a day or two later (sometimes longer!). Or, they get LAZY and just NOT DELIVER a parcel to your door that doesn't fit in your mailbox. They give ya the 'ol "orange notice" trick in your mailbox "Sorry We Missed You!" Nice scam! WRONG! Never even attempted a delivery. Won't take an extra 90 seconds to drop a box on a doorstep. Too lazy to get outta the vehicle. So much for the Postman's Oath! COMPLETE BULLSHIP. INVESTIGATE LAKE STEVENS POST OFFICE and the ANNEX! Shelly?? Singh? Can you two do your jobs, maybe? Incompetence running rampant! How much longer can this go on?? How many more citizens have to complain about the sub-standard delivery of mail in this city? It's almost criminal!

On 10-26 I posted two 8x10 manila mailers in Spokane to an address on 87th Drive NE. The mailers did not arrive. The recipient has a key type mailbox for parcels oversized. Possibly they got misdirected. They were sent postage meter so I have no usps receipt. Thank you.

Calling the post office is insane, I called 3 times, then Lake Stevens post office directly and still no human response. No person will answer only a machine. The machine can not help me with my problem. I have contacted the police and county police regarding my situation Extremely BAD service!!!
