P.O. Box peasant since 2004. You… I mean they because that can’t be bothered by us peasants are spreading Covid by Closing the lobby and not letting people check there mai later or on sunday. Postal employees do not read their own reviews? That’s totally ridiculous and a waste of everyone’s time. That’s even more dumb that the genius who thought to start closing the lobby At 6:30 and at 3 on sat and not opening until fricken Monday. I’m sure that’s what’s we all wanted. Increased chances of getting Covid is what you…I mean they (since they are not going to bothered by us) have done. But you ( I mean they) don’t care. They don’t read how your P.O. Box holders are feeling do they. They jcram everyone in and disregard health and safety . Even making changes that makes people more at risk. Wow. No postal employees read the reviews. How can they even say that with any confidence any way? Is it forbidden literature? They just want people to shut the hell up. Saying our comments are falling on deaf ears is like saying don’t waste your time because we don’t care and we are already wasting your time for you. Real piece of work that was.

We haven't received our mail since December 24th. We also get our newspaper through the mail and haven't had it delivered either! Through rain or snow or sleet or hail....

The lobby of the Westside post office is NOT COVID-SAFE! While patrons are asked to limit their numbers in the inner lobby, where the counters are, there is simply not enough room in the outer lobby for any kind of social distancing in the Christmas rush! It is not safe for me to go in to my PO Box, which I have paid for. Do something like what the library has done: patrons wait OUTSIDE, socially distanced, until there is room to go into the inner lobby. There is a roof for them to be under. PLEASE!
