I sent a standard regular mail which is a white envelope with 3 pages only, weighted lass the 2 oz. It subjected to a first class large envelope mail price, and asked for $1.59. It was supposed to be $0.66 only. The asisan cashier who didn’t know how to run the register, so be aware of this location.

All other companies are able to deliver my packages (FedEx, UPS, Amazon,...) but USPS cannot. haha, great service for letting me know my address is incorrect and not accessible three times, and thank you for your hard work in attempting to deliver my packages.

This morning a stack of mail was on our porch. A neighbor had found it and brought it up. This mail was from Saturday. One of the items was a notice from Social Security for tax records, another a mortage summary, again for taxes. The carrier did not put the mail in the box instead leaving it somewhere where it got soaking wet. A good thing it looked like trash or we would have had out identies stolen again. This carrier is a joke--this has happened several times. I want to be able to use one of those mail receptacles (a tower?) that has about ten or more people on it. How do we get one of those ordered? Thanks. By the way, next time I am calling everyone I can think of to get some solution to this. This is your job, do it. Mary Schau

Big shout-out to the wonderful substitute carrier who delivered our mail. Our cul-de-sac has been deep with snow, but after 5 days, she was able to get down here. Thank you!

We paid $15 to intercept a package, to have it held at the post office instead of delivered to the shipping address (we did this because the initial shipping address was incorrect). We did this on Friday, it was (originally) scheduled for delivery on Monday. We got an email on Tuesday night (after the PO was closed) that the package had arrived at the PO and was ready for pickup. We went to the PO on Wednesday, but were told the package was out for delivery. The package did not arrive to our apartment on Wednesday, so Thursday we went back to the PO, but were again told the same thing. It had been scanned that morning, and was sent out for delivery. We paid for a service that was not rendered, but worse we wasted a bunch of time driving back and forth to the PO trying to track down a package that was never where we were told it should be.

Our carrier has uncharacteristically refused to deliver our mail. We have had 1delivery this week. Many tenants get their medications by mail and John is usually very good about getting meds in our boxes but since last Thursday we have had work on our radio tower and he has refused to deliver to 2 buildings near the tower. Tower workers have tried to work with carrier (John) and PO manager to no avail. You can't just hold our mail!

This is the 5th time in several months that I found #55 mail in my #65 mailbox . I think our mailman can’t see well. Also he THROWS any packages in the driveway or even out in the street , sometimes slightly under the car, it’s crazy. He seems really mad too. I’m sorry he hates his job. We miss Duane the friendly mailman.

Actually, I called the Bitter Lake office today to let them know that I might not make it home in 30 days, because of the Corona virus and flying. They were very nice and said they would continue holding my mail until I got home and picked it up at the Post Office.

My packages have been at your PO since Nov. 27th and have not been delivered to my mailbox in Richmond Beach 98177. They were forwarded from Harvard MA 01451 a month ago.

Call 206-364-0663. I had the same issues with reaching someone. Glad I called to check on a package, found it was being held at the office after postal man assured me it wasn't.

Our postman, Duane, who delivers mail in Richmond beach, is such an asset to the US Postal Service!! He stopped our mail for us, when someone at the Bitter Lake post office didn't file our request to have our mail stopped. He noticed that our box was overflowing and put in a request.....besides stopping by our house several times to check that we were OK!! We just returned and this morning he rang our doorbell and expressed his concern about our well being. He is such a kind, caring person and should be commended for his personal concern about his customers. I tried to call the post office several times to find out who to to call to compliment this nice man, but no one ever answered!! I hope this is noticed, as Duane is an example to doing a job in a professional, caring manner!!!!!

Tried calling Bitterlake station multiple times, to no avail. Need to report my (and other neighbors) mail was NOT put in my mailbox, but left on TOP of the box in the pouring rain. My box was empty, no reason it was not put inside the box. This happened on or around November 27. I also receive neighbors mail at least once a week and just today a next door neighbor brought a bill to me he accidentally opened as it was in his box. This is ridiculous service. I will continue to call Bitter lake. Hopefully someone answers. E. OKAMURA 11505 2nd AVE NW 98177

My package was delivered in my FRONT YARD!!! I have a mailbox, which is too small for the box. But I DO have a FRONT PORCH!!! Talk about L-A-Z-Y! Why was the package just delivered, NO, LEFT, in my yard????? Are you kidding me? Talk about POOR customer service! Once again they live up to their motto: "We don't care, we don't HAVE to!"
