They lost my package. They attempted to deliver it on Saturday August 17th to our business which is closed on the weekends and somehow in the two and a half miles between our business and the Georgetown Post Office the substitute carrier managed to lose my package. How in the hell does that happen?

They never pick up the phone and their website doesn't work for setting up passport appointments. So frustrating!

I am sick and tired of getting my mail at 6 and 7 at night...I have heard nothing but excuses from the branch. Mail should ALWAYS be delivered before end of business...otherwise it is useless. I am disabled and expect mail delivered on time...it is a matter of my well being

Whenever our regular carrier goes on vacay it's a crapshoot. Today the back up carrier pulled up by our front door...sat for a sec then drove off. I have been trying to call the George Town office but once the automated system goes to transfer the call it turns into a busy signal. I even tried to contact the 800 number but they don't want you talking to a live person....its a ridiculous revolving phone tree of automated options....UGH

This letter was supposed to be delivered between 1:00 pm-1:30 pm. It still has not arrived. Where is it?

I have a package that I am told cannot be delivered because they cannot access my front door. It is an open fence with no barriers on entry. UPS & Fedex seem to figure it out but the USPS is so stupid and incompetent. I guess opening a gate and climbing some stairs is really hard to do. I received a call from the post office form “Fred” but every time i call the number he provided in the message it says i will be transferred to an operator and then goes to a busy signal. I am furious! I needed my package last week and I am now out of town and cant pick it up.
