Having no success getting phone answered at # 206- 381-6598 Advised by USPS consumer Affairs to bring a delivery issue to attention of #98102 supervisor ? Valeria, or to manager, Eddie Smith. Have called number given multiple times, no answer and no machine option. HELP!!
I am a Seattle property manager and I received a letter telling me my carrier was having trouble accessing our lobby and we would lose delivery service in 10 days if not resolved. The letter does not identify the issue. the letter was sent by Eddie Lee Smith whom left a number that no one answers and no voice mail is associated. When I call the annex and select the option to speak to a manager, the phone rings several times and disconnects. I was able to track down my carrier and discovered that someone vandalized the lock and it needs to be replaced. It would have been more helpful to receive an email identifying the actual issue with suggestions to resolve it given that the postal service needs to provide us with the lock to install in the callbox. Please contact me to get this issue resolved rather than send a letter threatening to cut off my service and then not provide solutions or someone to assist, it is insulting.
Does anyone work the phones? I've been painstakingly dialing all morning to no answer to inquire about expected mail forwarded mail which were not received at 98121. It's been over a month that this has been set up and one of the residents at my unit hasn't received any of the documents, but I received some addressed to me.
I mailed a letter in the corner mailbox on Broadway at Roy Street (Seattle 98112).
Is that box being emptied by the USPS?
There was no sign that mail is not being collected, but I hereby ask for confirmation because no one answers the phone at the Seattle (SODO) Annex for 98112.
Thanks
