Me and my 3 year old son came in 15 minutes prior to 9 and were listening to a old guy talking bout truck driving. Roll up door opened.. clerk number 55 with the name Naana was the customer service employee. It was the most painful thing to watch her work.... After 3 people.... only 3 and 30 minutes later its finally my turn and I walk up with a 3 year old hugging my leg begging to pee "Naana" says do you want a receipt? I said yes so I can complaine... she looked at me and her whole demeanor changed. I said the first and third customers none of them had names, addresses or insurance slips filled out ahead of time and you didn't even ask them nicely to move aside so you can help any other customers "I turned around" and said like them and the line was wrapped around the building hall already... she had the nerve to say and I quote "you dont know what goes on back here and she put her hand in my face to block me and said dont talk to me" I said get your hand out of my face ma'am and I don't know what goes on but I know customer service and you have none... she again put her hand in my face and I said "do not put your hand in my face again" she then starting using aggressive behavior on the pin pad and screen, printed my receipt and threw it on the counter. By the time all this was over my 3 year old unfortunately peed himself in the parking lot.
I've left complaints but nobody will pick up at that location to speak to a supervisor.
Her clerk number #55 and I honestly hope her employment is separated.
I have been going to Spanaway Bethel post office for years and I am always so pleased with the service I receive!! I have never had a totally lost piece of mail or package but if I did, I know they'd care about it and do all they could to find it. It has been really crowded lately and they are extremely short-handed but the lady who is usually the only one at the counter always does a fantastic job in a professional and friendly way!! :)
21905 Mountain Hwy E, Spanaway, WA 98387 Post office is a nightmare right now. I never stand in line less than 20 minutes for simple transactions. The worker has no sense of urgency whatsoever, acts as if she has no clue what she is doing, has no help, and never has a line less than 8 people.
THE BETHEL STATION LOST MY PACKAGE THAT MY EMAIL SAID THAT IT WAS DELIVERED ON MARCH 22 IN MY MAIL BOX AT 2;05. IT WAS NOT THERE. IT IS NOW THE 24. STILL NOTHING. AS I AM WRITING THIS I HAVE CALLED THE POST OFFICE AND IT HAS BEEN RINGING FOR 25 MIN!!!!!
