Tried to call about a package they say they were trying to deliver, they claim that they had no access to the delivery location which is bull my driveway and side walks were clear. They hung up on me before I could talk to anyone. No wonder people are finding other ways to get their packages. I am giving them a 1 star rating because they don't have a zero star rating.

I have a package in a community mail box. The key will not open box. Because you guy's already work so hard and you never complain about the weather can I have my package delivered to my porch. It is not my fault that the key will not work and the contents of this package may spoil. Once again I praise your hard work and know that the key is not your fault for not working . Living on a training route, must mean the sketchy mail people new hires think they can open your packages and shop for what they might want. I guess United States post jobs no longer hire people with integrity, and its no longer a federal crime to open other people's mail.

The Spokane postal services is putting our vulnerable seniors at risk by refusing to wear masks when entering our Senior Housing building and not maintaining a safe social distance. Spokane Postal Service informed us that as Federal Employees they do not have to follow the State mandate to wear masks in public and the risk to our resident's health is of no concern to them. We were told that if we did not allow their people in the building without masks our residents would not receive their mail, medications or packages. SHAME ON YOU for showing such blatant disregard for the safety of our vulnerable seniors.

I did not receive mail delivery today. I had two very important pieces of mail that needed to be picked up. Our usual guy would never not stop at our house. I am very angry about this.
