We just supposedly had a delivery this morning before we left and have the delivery van on video pulling into our driveway and not delivering our package. Crime check is called. This is the worst branch in Spokane with the worst employees

My mail person just decides what day I get mail and what day I don't. My informed delivery shows pieces of mail, mail person just drives on by. It will come tomorrow but would have really liked it delivered today. I don't get USPS mail very often so when I do it is important but not to them. No one care about service anymore!

I frequently get mail delivered to my address that that doesn't belong to me. I also have had mail that has never made it to my address, the most recent was a credit card bill. I attempted to contact the post office by phone but nobody ever answered. I'm concerned about my mail , especially bills that need to get paid, going to someone else's address. Those contain personal information.

Waited for delivery of a needed prescription that had a tracking number. Didn’t arrive on time and then a neighbor A BLOCK AWAY knocked on my door with my package! Postal worker delivered it to the WRONG address! Thankful for honest neighbors. Disappointed that postal workers can’t read the correct address! Slow down for accuracy!

I am extremely frustrated with the postal office. They have decided that they will no longer be leaving packages at the door to my apartment. I have never had anything stolen or missing. Now they don't even bring the package to your door and knock, they automatically go to your small mailbox for the apt and if the package doesn't fit, they leave a slip letting you know you can pick it up at the post office. The problem is...we commute via the bus now and we can't get to the post office before they close. And on Christmas Eve, they weren't open so our Christmas gifts from family were not with us this holiday but the US Postal Service. I will be asking my family overseas to ship using a different method of sending. I, too, will discontinue using the USPS.

The staff at the Regal post office at 5428 S Regal St Spokane WA 99223 are very rude to their customers. I was yelled at by one them when I was trying to get answers on why I have not received any mail to my new address after filling out the forwarding address paperwork a month ago. The post office personnel started to get confrontational with me about the process when I pointed out that the postal office in Memphis TN said that they are shocked that I have not received any of my mail. I am a tax paying citizen of the United States of America and I should not be treated like I was treated by a person that I help pay their salary. All I want is my mail that I should have been receiving by now. Thank you!
