Just over a week ago, I received, in the mail, a mailer from JC Penney, a flier with a 'Peel Here' to determine the amount of discount that this particular coupon/flier would give me. This was a ONE TIME USE ONLY. There was exposed an online code. I attempted to use it this evening and found out that this had already been used. Understand, when I pulled this out of my mailbox, the 'Peel Here' tab had already been pulled back. Please...let whoever the mail carriers have been for the past 2, 3 weeks know that when they do this, it takes something away from someone's (mine, to be exact) grandchildren.

What happened to the post boxes in the West Central neighborhood of Spokane? What happened to the post box at 904 West Riverside, Spokane? They have disappeared! Will they be replaced?
the mailman has been skipping my house for almost 2 weeks, i been getting no mail im supposed to be getting, i havent even recieved my power bills, checks or the phone im waiting on in the mail and when i want informed delivery the website says my address dont qualify im starting to get pissed off.
I have many complaints about this post office. They keep returning my mail as undeliverable when there is nothing Is wrong with my address or the mail. They are lazy sometimes don’t even deliver to the whole building. Plus they are rude.
