no one ever answers the phone...need to get mailbox keys, but not able to contact the post office..phone rings for a minute or two then goes to a busy signal.
Our mail is constantly misdelivered as well as we on almost a daily basis receive mail that is not ours. This has increased dramatically in the last month. It's almost daily now. Bills, bank statements, mortgage statements, credit cards, magazines, junk mail all going to the wrong people on our route!! I have called the main USPS customer service, they have logged the complaint and assured us they would discuss with the supervisor of this location. I am concerned for retaliation from an already poor carrier. And I was right....yesterday I received a notification that my Amazon delivery was attempted but driver was unable to get to our door or in our driveway. Both statements are completely false. We were home at the time, outside and no attempt was made at a delivery. Now today when I look at the tracking number....it says they have lost the package and I need to contact Amazon. Hmmmm....coincidence? I think not.
My order was supposed to be delivered on Dec 24., It had to be signed for and I didn't get a notice in our mailbox that I was to sign for it and pick it up at the Sunset hill post office, like I had before in Nov. Our residence is over a mile from our mailbox, they don't deliver to our residence. I called the post office and was told that the carrier signed for it scanned it and put it in our mailbox. I called the place where I ordered the package, I was told I had to report the loss with in 48 hours of the missing package. I was too late. I don't understand how someone can sign for me and put it in my mailbox? What good does it do to request a package to be signed for?
Very poor service. 2 packages missdelivered and no help of post office employees or managers to help locate it after multiple calls and emails. Very disappointing!
Whoever the new person is they have delivering to Residence at River Run, this is the fourth time that I have mail say it was "delivered in/around mailbox" yet was left at my door instead!
Lousy service this is the second time postal carrier has lost my Priorty Mail Expess they are our pay packages and really hurts tracking #EL 456444598 US
Today I was there at 12:25.you were to open back up after lunch at 12:30.....12:45...not open when I left at 12:50...pretty poor service for holiday shipping. and posted hours. By the way ,many people walked. plus what hours you have posted on this site and on the door are WRONG.
