Did not honor passport appointment due to “short staff.” Turned away at counter and not offered reasonable alternatives with my travel plans. I took time off of my work schedule to make it to this appointment. There were no warnings about passport appointments being cancelled for the day (arrived 5-10 minutes before, in person). Very embarrassing, will need to makeup my work hours, and now possibly SOL with travel plans.

Packages get shipped in a day but this post office doesn't get things processed for several days. I cannot have things shipped to my home because of neighborhood theft so I pay for a PO box and my packages get held for several days. I've been told to use 98411 for letters, 98413 for packages and the actual address of the post office is 98409. Which is correct so that I can get my packages on time?

My husband, Thomas Eads, put in a stop mail while we were on vacation. The mail continued to be delivered for several days after the start date. On the way home last week he canceled the hold Mail. It is now several days later and we are receiving new mail but not the held mail. There is a medical testing kit in that hold Mail I still have not received. Telephone calls are not answered. I cannot believe how awful the USPS has become!

I put in a change of address to start end of July. But I have not gotten even one pierce of mail. I asked a neighbor to check the box there was so.e mail in there. . I understand. They are short of staff. But some of the mail is from refit card companies who I a. Now late paying
