Postal Locations

We received a threatening note from the post office, TCCF East. It was written in BOLD red ink threatening us that we had to put our mailbox in the back alley by 11/27/2023 or else. People walk through alley daily scrounging for things. We don’t want our mail messed with. We have stairs in the front of our house where the mailbox is. We see our mail person almost daily. It’s not our fault or problem the person is overweight and unhealthy. There are many jobs with USPS that the person could be re-assigned to, hopefully one with higher pay and better treatment. We are not against the mail person. We are tired of being threatened by companies that don’t care about our security.

We have not had our mail delivered for a week. My job depends on one of the items that has not been delivered. I've been calling this location for hours per day, multiple days this week and no one answers the phone.

We haven’t had mail delivery for over 2 weeks.Somebody needs to address this problem.I have to drive in every day to get my mail,and nobody now’s why or when it will start again.

I got a note on the door about my mail. I scheduled for delivery but they ended up keeping it for pick up after i scheduled for it to be delivered to the house. My husband went to pick it up but was told truck aint there yet since morning. We changed our address and was out of town so hopefully they can send this to our current address

Received notice on door that post office has two letters they attempted to deliver. Went to post office to pick up only to find out they left the wrong post office address! Looked up tracking number online, but no info for the tracking number! Attempted calling correct post office for my postal code, and they don’t answer!! Now I have to drive to this second post office—where I have no faith they will even have the letters. This is tax dollars NOT at work. Government workers are very disappointing.
