Postal Locations

Hello. I am having trouble with whomever delivers packages. I have phoned the carrier facility about this more than once. I am a disabled person who lives in #35 in the Alderbrook Mobile Home and RV park. I have requested that packages should be placed on my porch near my red mailbox. My requests seem to be "landing" on deaf ears. I just attempted to phone again, but no one answered. This time, the package was placed the farthest away from where it should have been placed. I hope my neighbors didn't hear the angry words I said when I saw where my package was placed. Somebody needs to follow my delivery instructions; this is NOT funny!!

I am having trouble with my carrier, Eagles Landing 98512 Packages keep get stuffed in my community mail box, damaging books. This is the 4th time I have called about this, each time with a reassurance that it would be resolved immediately, but has not. Please contact via my e-mail. I would like to setup either an in person or video conference with a supervisor.
