Lobby hours to access PO boxes are not as shown. I was there today at 6:06pm and no access on Friday.

I had to get a PO Box number because I found you allow thieves to break into the neighborhood community mailboxes and try to cover it up (resetting the lock) without notifying me or reporting to USPS management. My further complaint is the extra work and confusion you cause by distinguishing "packages" be sent to the street address of your building where my PO Box is located. Now I have to juggle three addresses rather than simply two (residential and mailing) and I have to find out from each vendor how they are sending "packages" to me... UPS, FedEx or USPS. UPS & FedEx delivers to my house. I have to give them the "3rd" address if I find they are sending a "package" by way of USPS.

Please check outgoing mail when delivering, seems as though it was not picked up today Friday 8/19/2016. Best regards
