I just received a package that is a small metal sign. It was BENT in order to fit inside my mail box! It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter!

We must have a new postal delivery person. We are not getting reguar monthy packages delivered even though we are home. They are also delivering packages to "neighbors" without telling us which neighbor and claiming we requested that delivery. We have lived here 30 years and have never had this problem before. There is no snow or ice on our driveway and no reason for poor delivery service.

In the Wenatchee, wa. distribution center, the carriers are not trained or are to lazy to deliver mail to the address located on the mailing address. When he delivers the mail to an office desk instead of the mailboxes that are provided by the usps. When this happens all outgoing mail is not picked up. There are time sensitive outgoing mail to be picked up. This is an ongoing problem with relief drivers on weekends. They only look at the house number and street, but ignore the apartment numbers.
