Was there no rural postal delivery today? We did not get our mail and I was anticipating a package from my family

The lady there is so unbelievably rude. I think her name is Janice. Nobody ever wants to go in and deal with her. Customers shouldn't have to deal with her unnecessary and misdirected hatefulness.

Over the past 4 years They keep leaving my packages in the rain I've called and spoken to their postmaster many times. They don't care, yesterday they delivered a package from Amazon lie to Amazon and said they put it in the lock box at the destination but it was sitting on the sidewalk in the rain when I got home from work. They don't care.
