I stayed home all day because my email gave me notice a package was out for delivery and I knew it required a signature. There was never a knock on my door. But when I went to the lobby to pick up my letters there was a "Sorry we missed you" note with them. The carrier didn't want to spend a minute in my building's elevator so instead I get to spend half an hour driving to get the item. Great "service."

They don't answer the phone. If you choose chat, you tell your whole story only to find out they'll charge you $5 to try to find the answer, then in the very fine print $43/month to keep the “Just Answer” service!!! But they keep raising the rates! It's time for a change.

I'm in hillcrest estates. there is a notice on my mailbox. i got delivery come up. i have no transportation. please deliver my package's. that's why i pay shipping. no excuses, I expect my package's to be derived

The mail carrier has consistently said she has no ability to access our mail box. It’s literally on our house and she’s being lazy. She’s been talked to before and things got delivered for a few weeks and then it happens again. I don’t know what recourse we have anymore. It’s so frustrating.

The annex employs one clerk to answer the phone, get peoples held mail, and find missing things. If the phone isn't getting answered there are probably getting somebodies mail or already on another call.

This annex is awful. They never answer the phone.
