Had very important documents that needed to be taken out of a package that I had recently (within15min) just dropped off and woman working there with an attitude told me she could not let me go through mail even though that is not what i asked for. I had my receipt and asked to simply have my package pull out so i could take my documents out and said that she could not allow me to do that. All i was there she kept asking questions because she didn’t know how to do things and on too of that she has the worst attitude when speaking to customers (I was not the onlyone).

POOR COMMUNICATION & SERVICE. LOST, DAMAGED MAIL. LEFT MAIL BOX DOOR OPEN, WITH MAIL INSIDE SEVERAL DOZEN TIMES LEAVING WIND, RAIN, LEAVING DAMAGED, STOLEN & LOST DOCUMENT MAIL.

Today is the 2nd day that I have put out going mail in my mailbox with the flag up wanting it picked up by the mail carrier. I know they had to have seen it because I live in a 8 unit apartment building, pretty sure there has been mail delivered to someone that lives here yet mine is left behind. Also, my daughter & grandson lived with me for 1 month while waiting for their new place to be available, when they moved they put just their names on the change of address they submitted yet my mail was forwarded to their new place too. I have lived here for 11 yrs, if I want my mail forwarded I will submit it myself. Please, please, please make sure our mail is handled correctly, I know very well where I work my customers would be very unhappy if I just did whatever I felt like for service.

Terrible delivery service on mail that we paid over $300 for 3 months. Was suppose to be sent out on Wed to Fl and should be received on Friday. It has been 2 Weeks and no mail. Called 3days ago left message no return call. Then talked to 800 275 5877 she put in service#48666739. Got message from Cofrin mail hadn't been sent. Will mail Sat. What about dollars lost, frustration. Need to discuss WHY that happened?

On January 27 2023.mail carried to 1100 block of Doty st.thank you so much sir.it had snowed i was shoveling my driveway and fell.this mailman went out of his way stopped ran over to help me.he checked to make sure i was ok.i thank him so much.having a knee replacement that doesn't bend i may have been on the ground for hours.if you figure out who this mailman is tell him he is a good person. Thank him for going above and beyond his job.

I sent a package priority, mail from the cofrin office, the package was lost. It was sent on Friday the 12th of July, it was supposed to get to the destination on July 15th. The package day in Milwaukee for 5 days, now it is lost . No one seems to care. Very poor service !

I have never had an issue with the post office til moving to a new building. My package could not be delivered to to an unfound address. Long story short spent an hr on the phone with customer service and they told me to come here. The lady at the counter (older lady with glasses and redish brown short hair) was very rude and disrespectful to me from the beginning and treated me like a moron. I told her my problem and tried to explain my situation but i dont know if i was saying the right things or what she told me what i was doing was wrong, didnt bother to help me or our even let me try to further explain the difficulties i was having and wanted to know why my address couldn’t be found but everytime i spoke she spoke over me. I have worked in customer service for well over 4 years and never once treated someone this disrespectful. I would like to say if i ever have to go to this usps again i hope i dont have her. She truly made my day from bad to worse and didnt even ask what problems i was having. Honestly i am very discouraged and dont know why she works there. The other lady was very nice and helpful and i wish i would have waited to have her help me instead of someone who looked at me like and idiot and glared at me and was just plain rude. I get people who work customer service get put through a lot but there is no reason to be nasty to someone within 5 seconds of helping them.

I have a change of address in. I have my prescription medicine being delivered. They sent to my new address yet your postal worker put in on someone else's porch. Which I am in apartment and have no porch. They were put somewhere so now I am without my prescriptions. I have had so many problems with the Cofrin Post Office delivering mail to wrong addresses. Now I am sitting here with out my prescribed medicines. Now what plus they charge me money for their mistakes. Unhappy to say the least

We continue to be out right harassed by our mail man. Had to stop mailing other peoples mail to our address so now goes out of his way to show up when we get our kids off the bus. Hesitates long enough between homes so that he can walk up to our mailbox at the exact moment our kids bus arrives. He seen me at a rummage sale near our house and immediately went driving right up to my vehicle as close as he could and delivered mail. I was putting 2 purchased rummage items into the trunk with my oldest son and thats when he spotted me and drove up. Suddenly. Im keeping track of this because its sick. Someone feeling entitled enough to bully us out in the open continously even AFTER i reported it. Note that i waited a year before contacting anyone. I let this go on for a year before speaking up. I am not trying to get anyone fired. We just want to receive our mail unopened not opened and re sealed . Why be a creep? If you hate on people just because you can? Im not the only one who has had this happen. If your miserable Mr Male version of a karen then quit. If you don't like certain people then thats your problem. Every time you deliver mail you really need to stop making your job be the reason you go around acting like a child.

I know this is the busy time for post office. This is the second time I have received others mail. I would be very angry if someone else received my license renewal and did not give back to the mail carrier for putting in the wrong box! Please hire responsible carriers that can read a name and address!

It is 7:49 am & this location is not open. All doors are currently locked. The lobby is suppose yo be open at 6am, please explain to me why this is an ongoing issue. I have a buisness that needs to be run. My buisness now has to revolve around when this facility decides to open, reguardless of when they are required by state. Hopefully this problem gets resolved but I would imagine I am not the first to have a problem with this issue.

My mail keeps being put in my neighbors mailbox. Their mailbox is in the front while mine is on the side of the house. my mailbox has my name on it. My grandmother can’t even send me a letter due to my neighbors saying they never receive my mail. yet I have had mail sent that was never received, a package stolen, and important letters from the state that I never got but they said it was sent. I have contacted the post office in the past about this issue before.

Today is the 3rd day in a row I have put letters in my mailbox for the postal carrier to take. This is the 3rd day in a row that he never stopped at my house, just walked on by. I called yesterday to the post office and was told this would be corrected. well it has not. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. If they don't want to pick up my mail, I will find someone to help me. Thank You

Carrier is rude , never says hi, grumbles when confronted and harasses residents by putting other resident's junk mail in their boxes when asked not to. Even when note was left for carrier, he threw it in the hall and crammed junk mail deliberately back in wrong box where it ripped. Very mature as this went on for over a week. If he hates his job then quit, called supervisor (will see anything done). Should be happy to have job while others are furloughed & have to struggle. Agree with other posts here. Again if so dam miserable quit, no need to be an ass!

I asked my mail carrier about a package that showed as delivered Tue. 5/29/19 but was not. I know this because I was home at the time. Tried to flag him down Wed.5/30/19, no luck. Left a note on box to see me ignored till I yelled and he stopped . When asked about the missing pkg. I was told that there was nothing he could do and had no idea how the notification got on my phone. No courtesy or customer service at all. Not the first instance either. The worst carrier we have ever had!!!

I’d like to say how disappointed I am at the mail carrier who delivered my mail today, March 28. My mail was shoved into my mailbox so forcefully that it ripped apart and shredded! I’m fortunate that the check and a concert ticket that I had in there were not ripped apart. I took a picture and am more than happy to share!!

They are very horrible they said they know knocked on my door 2 times to deliver a package and they never have because there always some one home it pisses me off because now I have to drive all the way there to receive my package when I paid for it to be delivered. They suck ass

Terrible customer service! Mail carrier bends and ruins packages to shove them in your mailbox because they are too lazy to get our of their trucks and deliver your package at the door like they are supposed to when it doesn't fit properly in the mailbox. When I called to complain they blew me off and said it was okay to get packages ruined if they fit in the mailbox that way. Total idiots there!

Our postal carrier is the worst one I've ever had in my life. He crams every package he possibly can in the mailbox. We bought a bigger mailbox so there would be room enough to get the packages out and so the envelopes were easier to grab. He fills up the new box with packages that should be put on the porch. He is one lazy dude! I always gave my mail carrier a Christmas gift. Not this lazy bum. He hasn't been a good boy.

In the recent past a sign was put in our mailroom that the mail person did not want any of the tenants to come in the mail room until they have locked the boxes and are gone, What if we have a question. I have started getting my meds from UPS. My husband worked for UPS for 28 years and they saw every delivery as a customer service and sales opportunity. I miss Trish.
