There is an older gentleman that works here at the front counter and I get him often. He’s always condescending and rude. It’s very frustrating when you have a question and he acts as if it is the biggest inconvenience that you’re speaking. It’s expensive to send items in the mail and I would expect to be treated respectfully when I’m utilizing their service.

Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and I wasn’t able to sign for it. And this is what upsets me is didn’t even try to deliver it today so I’m sticking around for nothing. It says first notice final notice and it was only trying to be delivered once.

Thank you so much to the two ladies working at 4pm 6/23/2016. I had a package that could not be delivered, went to the post office and they could not find it. I am going on vacation today and the order was cloths for my vaca. I left my number and told them to have postal worker leave at my door. They went above and beyond to find my package, called me back and I went and picked it up. Great job ladies!!!
