I was told that my package was delivered on October 5 and waited until today October 6 and still no package. I argued with 2 people that my package was not delivered and they refused to take responsablity for someone not doing their job. Horrible customer service. Absolutely cheap service. This is exactly why the United States postal service is going out of business for the incompetent and nonchalant people who work there
Why Am I still Getting Unsollicited/Junk Mail in my Mail Box after Being on the Do Not Mail List for 2 Yrs..It Says Current Resident..Isn't that telling you Its Junk Mail? The Post office tells me, they paid the Postage and have to Deleiver it... OMG..we have to Deleiver this UnSollicted-Junk Mail, they're important to your job... What a Con job and Getting the ave of 2 Pcs of this Kind of Mail every Day now..they've figure out a way to circumvent the Law and the POST office is Part of it... I took my Mail Box Down..! I'm not accepting any more Junk Mail and Not paying you delievery People $50k yr to be an Delivery Agent for them now. Its Just Plain Wrong!
While the location is great, the customer service is horrible. I dropped in real fast to ship out a package and hoped to cash a couple USPS cashiers checks. The clerk said that they don't have funds on hand. Ok no big deal I'll take them to my bank? NO, the post master took them and called there numbers in to verify validity! I asked why are you calling these in if you cant cash them! NO response from them. It took them 45 mins to verify they were good checks and made me miss my kids DR. Appointment. To top it off they still didn't have funds to cash the checks. Disrespectful and unprofessional!
