I have a package that was sent to my old address, and should be forwarded to my new address, however it has been several days now. I can't seem to get the post office to track this package! Feeling so frustrated.

I submitted the form a week ago and have not heard if they have been able to find my mail that I had forwarded from Florida 3 1/2 weeks ago. Unbelievable how long it takes to get your mail now because of the policies of the post office general.

I am trying to locate a package that was supposed to be delivered to Juneau Alaska. Last know place it was delivered to is the Marshfield post office on 7/10/21. I have called that post office several times and after on ring I am disconnected. Tracking number Shipped with 4PX tracking number is 303717467747. Can you please advise as to where my package is.

On Monday I came to the Marshfield post office to ship a small box and card for my granddaughters birthday. She got the box but the card was not in there. I may have left it on the counter where I did the box cause my mother was in the hospital and I was in a rush. It would say Happy Birthday Trinity. I believe it was a peach envelope! I hope it is at your counter in marshfield Wisconsin

I am sick and tired of my out going mail not being picked up. It is hanging there right in plain sight and easily seen from the sidewalk. If my mail carrier doesn't have any mail to deliver to any of the apartments here he/she just walks on by and leaves my mail hanging there. I send out the birthday and anniversary cards for my church so the things I mail are time sensitive. I am disabled and can't just jump in a car and run them to the post office every time they aren't picked up. I called the post office and was told that the carriers are not required to pick up out going mail. Since when?? I have friends and relatives all over the state who have mentioned this matter to their postal carriers and have been told that this is ridiculous, and that the Marshfield carriers must be super lazy. This is just absolutely unacceptable!

I am having a problem with my carrier. I have lived at this address for 7 years. My mail is left in a locked box by the postal service in the lobby at Cedar Rail. The new carrier has returned my mail twice stating that I have moved. The local post office has decided that since this is in line with their policies no exception should be made. I am disabled and have one leg with complications. I get out the mail as often as I can. Twice in over 5 years prior to this new carrier my previously carrier called me and reminded me. This all started when I went back to school and was busy studying for midterms. This was straightened out in December and he is doing it again. I have had it. Do you understand the problems this creates? My credit is effected and cards are declined when advised that I have moved with no forwarding address. Medical care is being hindered because the clinic and the hospital cannot reach me by mail. I cannot get my medication. You people need to adjudicate this matter. This is nonsense. He needs to take his attitude out of this. The box is locked and there is plenty of room for the mail. To cause this much disruption to someone's life and decide well it is inline with the policy so who cares if it is plain wrong. You might not care if you hinder medical care, but you should. Remember you used to be a person before you went to work for the Post Office.
