I requested a vacation hold on my mail and asked that the held mail be delivered on Friday. Nothing came so I called this station. They told me that my held mail was still at the post office so she would notify the carrier to come back, pick it up, and deliver it. Never came. The next day, I called the station again and Leah said that my mail was still there and she would call the carrier and have it delivered later that day. Guess what; nothing came. Now it's Sunday and the post office is closed. I haven't seen my mail that was held from Tuesday still. Who do you contact to complain?
Awful awful location. It has taken over 25 days to receive a 2-day priority xmas package. I had to complain several times to USPS before getting my package...sketchy place.
I went during regular hours today to pick up my mail from my p.o. Box and it was closed. At 430. What's the deal? Hours are going to be different please post something somewhere.
This has to be the worst UPS in Milwaukee. There have been days (this year at least 2 time within 3 months) where mail has been delivered. They must don't have a backup plan when a letter carrier is out sick. If ever UPS decides to downsize.....start here and do not retain workers.
