I did not receive my mail on either Friday 3/15/24 or Saturday.3/16/24. Friday's mail should have included my vehicle registration from the Wis DOT. Monday's delivery 3/18/24 did not include the missing mail. I telephoned the Wauwatosa Post Office 414-258-9210 during regular business hours to ask about my missing mail. The telephone rang for over 20 minutes with no answer.
I haven’t received any mail in the last two weeks. When I call I get told my regular carrier was on vacation and the lady that took his route didn’t do her job. So where is my mail I don’t care about excuses I would like my mail!!
I have attempted to use this Wauwatosa branch a handful of times and have never had a positive experience when bringing things to get shipped.
Today at 10:50 I came in to return a package following the directions of the company. I was informed, CURTLY (absolutely no mannerism of kindness or empathy and no effort to truly help), that I had to tape the box costing $3.99 as I tried to tell the gentleman the companies directions. I couldn’t even get out what the ORTHOFOOT company instructions were in returning the package. I wasted time at this branch, yet again. I will call the ORTHOFOOT company as their instructions are apparently not in line with the USPS directions.
Either way, if I must prepare it differently, that is ok BUT the mannerism in which the post office clerk uses towards the customer and their specific situation IS NOT OK!
Like I said, I have not had good experiences at this branch and it is quite disappointing.
Thank you and I truly hope customer care skills are addressed.
Thank you,
Terry
So your mail carrier Craig B. parked against traffic on a one way street in a no parking zone today on Aetna. Blocking after school traffic completely. Please have him learn how to read and figure out how to have some consideration in our neighborhood.
I called to find out when they pick up mail from the postal boxes because a letter I mailed 4 weeks ago has still not arrived and I don't think that it was even picked up from the postal box. The box it's self was faded and the stickers print was very had to read. The person I spoke to told me lies about the place I sent the letter to and said that they know for a fact that the place got my letter but refused to admit it.
Great service! Erik was thorough & clear in providing information! Nice! Definitely had lines but they moved in rapid speed!! There weren't least 25 people ahead of me and I was up after only 10 minutes in line! Kudos Tosa!!!
So I have family all over the country and the mail theft at your post office has hit every news paper. They wanted to send gift cards and money for the holidays but were leery about if I would receive. I said I don't know and am not sure if the Tosa post office is doing more to hire honest employees so I would do through other means. Asked neighbors who also live in Tosa if they knew if you have improved your screening process of your employees and they said they did not know but don't feel confident in terms of receiving gift cards or money in the mail if coming through your post office. Have you improved your screening process? This story broke all over the place.
