We live on 58St. Have not received mail for 3 days. When it does come its between 8 -10 PM. This is a problem. My neighbors say same thing. What is the reason we are not getting our mail? No one answers phone when we call. Very upsetting.

I was given the number 4146430443 by customer care to ask about a lost bunch of pictures. I have called this number 12 times and there is no answer. It rings until my cell phone provider disconnects it.

For the past two days we have not received mail. Not that that is unusual but this is an apartment building and from what I can see no one has gotten mail. I have had out going mail for the postman to pick up and it has not been picked up. Not only that but the mailboxes we have look like they may have been tampered with or was left open. Would like to know what is going on and why we are not getting mail delivery. Thank You

I cannot count how many times that my packages have been delivered to the wrong address. My address and name is clearly posted on my mailbox!! The mail carriers need to double, if not triple check the addresses on the packages they are delivering. I've lost out on a lot of money due to this. There have been numerous occasions where I have received someone else's packages who address was exactly 4 blocks away from me. Out of courtesy, I have taken those packages to their intended recipient. I wish that would be the case for all of my packages I never received.
