I sent a package for radon testing on August 10 from Rhinelander by priority mail which was $7.75. I just received notification that the test was received today, August 29. The maximum amount of time they can do the test is within 11 days of the test. This is 19 days. I will have to do another test and send it again. Is there some way I can get a refund on this $7.75? The notification stated that there were no results because it went past the 11 days needed to have an accurate reading. I do have the receipt from the post office and the email from the company. Thank you.
WE had 2 boxes left for us yesterday. One contained a case of Kleenex and was put on the porch. Another a case of paper towels which was left by the garage. It poured last night and we now have a case of paper towels that are useless because the box and everything in it is soaked. There was no way we could see the paper towels by the garage. But one delivery person realized it was going to rain and took the few extra steps to put them were they would stay dry and the other one apparently just didn't care.
Apparently I cannot speak to a person when I call in. I want to advise you that our mail was not delivered on Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Are there extenuating circumstances for this problem???
