I have had a terrible experience with RF's service. While the people at the desk are friendly and nice, I do not believe they relay messages to upper management. The mail delivery service leaves packages in front of the garage instead of the front door, which has led to packages being run over and stolen. If they were to leave packages at the front door, at least those stolen would be caught or not run over.
The phone is never answered, and to bring issues to their attention, one has to drive into town. Even then, you never hear back from management. I have several missing packages that say they were delivered but never were. We have a locked mailbox, so the only ones at fault are USPS workers. Due to these issues, I am trying to have my packages delivered by UPS or FedEx.
This office does not answer the phone EVER, indicates mail has been delivered when it has not, delays package delivery, and leaves packages by the side of the road.
Whether lazy, malicious or simply incompetent, this office is very badly managed and run.
Why does the inside of the Post Office in River Falls look like an unkept dump?
It is a terrible impression given to those coming to town.
Barns are kept cleaner than your entry and mail box room. How can a Postmaster look at that daily and not pick up a broom himself.Shame.
We receive scanned mail emails and can see the mail that should be delivered but have not had mail delivery for a week. There is some important mail that is not getting to us. Please deliver ASAP.
We have not received our mail since Tuesday, July 12, 2022. We see our scanned mail, and see that we have important items we are supposed to receive. We need to receive our mail daily, especially since we recently received a postal rate increase.
My mail box is frequently left open by the mail carrier. I have checked the mail box to see if the box is damaged, but it is fine. I have received wet mail and an expensive magazine I ordered was ruined. I also receive other peoples mail
