THANKS FOR THE GREAT AND CARING SERVICE YOU HAVE PROVIDED note to very disatisfied : Get a bigger mailbox. note to dingly: if people would stop moving out to here then the delivery would stay the same. more people = more mail = larger routes and longer time to deliver.
I am not satisfied in the least with our mail service. Magazines are always wrinkled and torn, not just a little but most of the way through, making some practically unreadable. Smaller packages get bent over and crammed into the mailbox when they clearly do not fit, damaging the merchandise. When our road was under construction but still easily accessible the mailperson claimed our mailbox could not be reached and we had to go to the post office to pick up our mail.
When I moved here 3 years ago our mail would be delivered at 1:30 pm everyday. The service seems to have tappered a bit. My mail never comes at 1:30 p.m. anymore it typically arrives here around 2:30 to 3:00p.m. Now it is 3:45 and I'm still waiting to get my mail, why? Can our home be changed from last to first on the delivery route?
