I have sadly had the worst experiences with the USPS regarding this post office for the last two years. At one point, our mail carrier went on "vacation" for a month and we received no mail. Most recently, important mail and checks that were sent to our home have not been received. The worst part about dealing with this post office is how rude and unprofessional they are when trying to communicate with the. Very disappointed with their service.
I mailed 6 small padded envelopes at the UPS store in Howell MI each exactly the same with a USB flash drive in each one . 2 went to Texas, 1 went to Maryland, 1 went to Michigan, 1 went to Summit, WI, and one went to Sun Prairie. The ONLY one that arrived with postage due was $3.30 due at Sun Prairie. The person my daughter spoke to at the Sun Prairie PO was rude and insinuated I lied about mailing the items. It was no more than 2 oz and was media mail NOT $3.30 worth. There was a different postage meter stamp on it than the one put on by UPS. Who in the Sun Prairie Post Office is making money off of incorrect postage due?
2/23/2020 I just went to the sun prairie wi location to mail out a small package. Both the ladies were VERY rude! I understand that we need to self distance during this pandemic. I was trying and I was using hand sanitizer. I said thank you. Both verbally said there is a self kiosk to do the mailing for us. And that if only people stayed home with a disgusted look... Obviously they don't want a job that bad. I have never had this bad of service from ANY USPS employee as I did today. I don't ever want to go to this location ever again.
We’ve just received ANOTHER package/mail intended for 3175 Main St. Our address is 3175 as well, But a totally different street name.
Why can’t the carriers READ THE ADDRESS!
The tracking for a package I ordered was suposed to have been delivered at 10:23am June 1. It was not there. There was over 100 dollars worth of items in it, what happened to it?
I was wondering why our mail is delivered during the middle of the night. This has been happening the last several weeks (except Saturday). Last night I checked the mail box at 8:00 PM, no mail. This morning when I went out to get the paper, 6:20 AM, yesterday's mail was in the mail box. I am not comfortable with the mail in the mail box all night long.
