The black lady behind the counter was rude & condescending in her comments to me as soon as I go there no respect To pick up two package's Being rude did you her what I say & need to see an ID she should be fired To pick up two package's showing a a damaged package she never should me the Address that had nothing to do with me having trouble finding two packages' Making a comment that it is the same building has nothing to do with me I asked what to Verify its damaged a witness did you do the for I think I'll drive to Cedarburg where the employees' are never rude this site is not worth my time for bad CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED FOR BAD BEHAVIOR & Disciplined severely YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS BECAUSE OF HER ATTITUDE

For the $350 some dollars a year for a P.O. Box it sure would be polite the forward an occasional letter that comes in with our street address. I know we are past the forward time frame, but I have been told people return the mail just because. So sad
