Our regular mail carrier is awesome. If we have pkgs. She brings them to the door. On days she isn't working, the carrier drops our pkg and mail by our neighbor. I'm sick of it. I want them to be held accountable. If they can't do their job, get rid of them. This is happening too often.
I’m sick of watching my mail lady tossing my stuff up the porch so she doesn’t have to come up the 5 steps.. Also when I’ve been outside, I’ll try to take the mail from her and she’ll still go try to put it in the mailbox so I say “I can take that” and then thank her and she flat out ignores me!!! If you hate your job that much, find a new one! As someone who’s home alllll the time, this is often one of the only people I see in a day. I don’t like the attitude.
I was at the site in downtown Wausau on 02/06/2021 at 12:30 p.m. I had called earlier in the morning with an issue, and I was told that if I came in the issue would be taken care of. The issue was not resolved at all but my complaint is the attitudes of both of the ladies behind the counter. I have never left a review for bad service anywhere but this was so unacceptable. They were both extremely rude and of no assistance. My 6 year old daughter was with me and her comment when we were walking out was "they were kind of mean in how they talked." This is coming from a 6 year old who thinks everyone is nice. Do better!
This Post office service sucks. Their customer service treats you horrible. Plus today March 13th 2020 my package was damaged so bad in my 40 years on this Earth I never seen such disrespect. It had a dirty foot print on it and the package was torn and my item which was priceless and irreplaceable was damaged. Called the local number and was talked to like she Didn’t care. Very dismissive. This is the second address in two years and twice this has happened. They are supposed to label the item as arrived in this manner and use tape to secure it. Oh no I think this was on purpose and I will take my complaints higher cause someone will have to answer for this. Tampering with the mail is a serious offense and is punishable by jail.
I'm not sure why the mail person doesn't deliver, or take my out going mail out everyday. I leave the out going mail out visible and they don't pick it up. My landlord has complained. I've talked to my neighbor said the same thing.someone needs to fix this now.
