Never get my important mail on time. They won’t bring my packages to the porch they just leave a sorry we missed you ticket in the box then I have to wait almost 3 hours til I can pick it up at the post office once she’s done on her route. They also continue to force me to take mail that doesn’t belong to me. I’ll write on a post-it no longer at this address or return to sender and they rubber band it all up and leave it as close to the door of the mailbox as possible and then I won’t get mail for a week that’s actually mine..Not comfortable taking others mail/ throwing it away some of it looks important. Not good service in the pettyville area.

The postal service would be just fine if they'd hire people that can READ! I am TIRED of my packages left in the neighbor's box and theirs in mine! I am tired of excuses for delayed packages!! Bad weather delay my ass! Whatever happened to: "Neither rain nor sleet nor dark of night will stop the postman from his appointed rounds"??!! FIX IT and hire people that aren't illiterate!

No show for mail on Oct 2 2020. Watched all day as neither I or neighbor’s mailbox was approached at the end of our street. Didn’t even see the driver at all. Not the first time.

Is your all s phone out of order ...it is always busy when I try to call....We had about 6 Mail boxes knocked over by a very large flat bed truck here on Christy Lane, Mineral Wells WV....wanted to talk to someone to let them know and ask about our mail ...304-489-1690

Service from the delivery drivers is terrible.Even if you are clearly at home,they won't get out of their vehicle to leave a package and won't put it in your mailbox either.The only thing you get is a pink slip telling you to pick it up at the post office.Really defeats the purpose of having mail delivered.
